Tammy Meets with Wisconsin Cranberry Growers
This week, Tammy had the opportunity to meet with local cranberry growers who contribute to our state’s ranking as the top cranberry producer in America.
According to a USDA report released last week, Wisconsin retained the number one title and produced yet another record by harvesting 6.02 million barrels of cranberries in 2013. This maintains Wisconsin’s place as the nation’s top cranberry producer by harvesting 67 percent of the United States’ cranberry crop.

Tammy is proud of our state's "Grown in Wisconsin" tradition and has been a tireless advocate of Wisconsin's agriculture economy – including serving as the Co-Chair of the Congressional Cranberry Caucus.
